CDL Hospitality Trusts is a stapled group comprising CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust and CDL Hospitality Business Trust. CDL Hospitality Trusts is listed on the mainboard of the Singapore Exchange.

CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust is the first hotel real estate investment trust in Asia (ex Japan) established with the principal investment strategy of investing in a portfolio of hospitality and hospitality related real estate assets. CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust has a current asset portfolio of S$1.63 billion, formed from 6 strategically located hotels and 1 hotel shopping arcade in Singapore and New Zealand. These hotels have been leased out on long term leases to master lessess.

CDL Hospitality Business Trust is a business trust which is currently dormant.

CDL Hospitality Real Estate Investment Trust is managed by M&C REIT Management Limited, a subsidiary of Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc, an internationally recognized company which owns and operates hotels globally and which is listed on the London Stock Exchange. M&C REIT Management Limited are supported by the resources of both Millennium & Copthorne Hotels Plc as well as its parent, City Developments Ltd, one of the largest corporations in Singapore.
